help on nar shaddaa streets at end

i used the force to pull out the walkway and got to the top area. i pushed the control panel button by the r5, what do i do. i have tried jumping from the crane or whatever it is to the other one but i just can't make it. is this what i do.

Try using another force power...

Look at the arm, maybe theres a way to get it closer to you...

Use force pull on the second 'paddle' and then you can jump your way to dumpter below.
