Looping problem with GeForce 4 and XP

I found an interesting thread over at viaarena about the looping problem. A guy was using a GeForce 4 Ti 4600 with XP and suffered from the looping problem. His testing showed that the GF4 Ti was causing his 3.3v rail to go too low causing the problem. He solved his problem by changing out his PSU to an Enermax 431W. The thread's over here:
