Please help frezing problems in cloud city!!!

Ok i am in the cloud city. I make it through the two really tall rooms and i am now in the room with the three upright disk things. When I go to the other side it starts to play a cut seen. He says i sence a disturbance in the force and then when the camera zooms out the movie freezes. Eventually if I hit Ctrl enough it will bring me to the main menu and give me a server error. Any ideas, i really want to finish this game. Thanks.
