However, there is the saber mod on http://www.jediknightii.net that takes any color saber and put a dark core in the middle. If this can be done, why can't the glow be done like that? Also, if someone could tell me what tools/editors I need JUST to make lightsabers and/or change their colors, I would really appreciate it. Thanks Catharsis
Tems Posted April 18, 2002 Posted April 18, 2002 quite simply, black cannot glow. glowing involves light, black is essentially the absence of light. JK2 uses a screen type effect to make the glows. its an addative shader. anyway, thats the short explaination. -Tems
