USB JoyStick Looses binds.

I'm using a Microsoft Precision 2 USB joystick. After a clean install of the game, it works fine, but then it will loose button 2 and 3. Even if I try to bind those functions to other buttons, they wont work. I have to completely remove the game and reinstall it. But the problem comes back. its always button 2 and 3.

 

Anyone having a similar problem or have a idea on how to fix this.
