Garik Loran Posted April 19, 2002 Share Posted April 19, 2002 I asked the same question some time ago and got no answer, so this should not happen again I am using PhotoImpact, and I know that some other people use Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. These programs are all very good, so the question is which one do you want to learn and how much money do you want to spend for a prog. For making pk3 just use winzip. that's all you need for making skins. You can also use MS paint, but there you don't have many possibilities creating some effects on the textures.
