First Person Lightsabre?

Hi

 

Just got the game and am wondering how to'or if you can get first person with the Lightsabre in MP?

 

Seem to be able to with all other Weapons by pressing the P Button?

 

Can't do it with the Sabre though?

1st person with the saber has been dissabled in MP. The reason for this is that your player skin changes to just KYles hands making you practically invisible to everyone else.

Not to mention that with sabres and the various moves, its where the blade is that counts not where the crosshairs are.

So it's like a hand flying about with a Lightsabre?

Wonder why it does'nt do the same with the Guns?

I would think'that fighting with the sabre in 1st person mode is better than 3rd??

 

But as i am only at the begining of SP'and it's disabled in MP'i have not seen this so can't compare.

 

There must be a way to mod this as i play about 10 FPS games and they all have 1st and 3rd person with every wep in MP?

First what does "that pretty pants" meen ?

 

and seciond, not really. Saber fighting in 3rd person is much better.

in quake 3 you could adjust the third person view distance to 0, effectively giving you a first person view....forgot the command for it, but i bet its in this too since its based on the q3 engine.
