Ingame server browser ... BUG?

WTF is up with this thing. I have a good server and it is always full. I had to take it down to install some new hardware. Now it won't show up on the ingame server list... BECAUSE THAT LIST HAS A LIMIT TO THE NUMBER OF SERVERS IF CAN LIST!

JESUS ???

I can find it manually and it shows up on my favorites with the right IP and port number. Of course it also shows up on LAN with the internal IP, but that's not of any use to those who want to play there.

Even if I filter with ping it doesn't show up ... although the ping I get to the server is below 20???

The ingame server browser finds it more important to list servers with a ping of 500+ than my server!

This needs to get fixed?

I cannot even imagine why such a restriction was made. If they want to limit the number of servers to 500 they could at least let the browser filter first so the servers with best ping showed up.

Until this is fixed players should download The All Seeing Eye... from http://www.udpsoft.com/eye/

I have reported this problem to Raven yesterday, and waiting 4 answer.

This is a complete idiotic limitation....and it does not even help to delete the local file 'server-cache'

I run several servers, and when I started the server some weeks ago, the servers did show up in the ingame-browser, and they was nearly allways full of players.

Then I had to upgrade the OS, and because of some hours down-time, they are not listed anymore, and the servers stay empty.

This is foolish.....I wonder what parameters the master-server is using to choose which server to show to the client ?

It's not ping, because then my servers would show up :D
