colmag Posted April 21, 2002 Share Posted April 21, 2002 So far today: - corrupted textures - freezing - clipping problems - failed to load shaders - winxp told me it wanted to shut down because of jk2 - couldn't load savegame - more instant reboots than you can shake a stick at - can't find any mp servers - changing options in menu causes reboot FYI, I have an Athlon XP, GF2, SBlive, WinXP. colmag Posted April 21, 2002 Author Share Posted April 21, 2002 I'VE JUST PLAYED M/P WITH M8 WHO'SE PLAYED S/P FOR ABOUT 20 HRS IN LAST 2 DAY SUCCESFULLY, AND AFTER 2 MINS MY GAME LOCKED UP. colmag Posted April 21, 2002 Author Share Posted April 21, 2002 ok, this time, it went into a spasm, and locked up. after about 5 secs it rebooted the pc, then when the login screen came up, the pc rebooted again. so now i'm into double reboots.
