Leviosaurus Posted April 22, 2002 Share Posted April 22, 2002 I'm in The docking platform of the Cairn installation, and the game works just fine, but I can't save. I play for an hour or two, get almost to the doomgiver, die accidentally in some idiotic manner and then return to the docking bay on Cairn, because none of my subsequent saves have worked. MasterJoel Posted April 22, 2002 Share Posted April 22, 2002 There's some kind of a bug in the program that seems to mis-load a game. I've found that if I've deleted some games after saving that the program somehow gets the pictures screwed up. I mean, I was in the mines, died, and when I tried to re-load (I deleted some games before I died), I showed up at Kejim Base. My suggestion is to try loading, but don't hit "load" yet. Just go to the load screen. Now, randomly click on different savegames, before returning to the one that you want. For some reason this seems to clear up the problem. Don't ask me how it works, I just know it does. If this doesn't work, then I'd contact LA, etc. Good luck. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
