Map editing

Hi, I've looked all over this forum, but I can't find any thread that says for a definite fact where you can download the editor for jkII, or if it's even out yet. (I don't know... maybe I'm just really weird and someone said it already...)

 

So, would someone please clear this question up for me? Is the editor for jkII available, and if so where?
