stuck at cairn assembly

im at the part where the floor is electrified but i don't know where to turn off the electricity, i tried that control panel at the top of that structure in the center of the room but nothing happens, please help

jump from box to box till you can get into the middle strukture without getting fried, once inside use the lift and climb outside the window. from there you can jump on the ledge with another lift (which you probably already spotted from outside the centre strukture) and some control panels, which also have the panel for turning the electricity of (if I remember correctly).
