music command plz

Hey, i remember hearing a command somewhere on a message board about a week ago on how to play music files that are in your base folder through the console. i downloaded the *duel of the fates* song, but was wondering if i could just have it playing whenever i wanted . Any help would be appreciated.

oh, one other thing, i think i remember hearing they had to be MP3 files or something....not sure, but if so i can just download it online or something.
