I set up a dedicated server type ffa game, and gave my friend the name and password, but he cant find it. I then gave him the ip# and he still cant find the game. What am i doing wrong!! Pvt_Dancer Posted April 23, 2002 Share Posted April 23, 2002 This is weird. I have heard of this before but not sure how to fix it. Are you guys on the same LAN or is this over hte internet? If its a LAN you are going to want to switch the Source from INternet to LAN. Otherwise, you might want to try using a secondary server browser to find games ... other than the built in game browser.... a program like GameSpy Arcade or The ALL Seeing Eye might work better.
