MustaPekka
Everytime I launch the radiant, or the ShaderEd2 I get an illegal operation in the ntdll.dll. I am running Windows Xp as my operation system. Anyone have similar problems, and or answers to the problem?
Home_Sliced
I got a lot of illegal operations the first few times I ran JK2 Radiant, but now its running fine. If you have any other Radiant editors installed (EF, Q3, etc) you might want to try uninstalling them and restarting. After I uninstalled EFRadiant and restarted, I haven't seen any illegal operations messages since then.
Mac Logo
Radiant, MD3viewand modview are all crashing on my system. They don't even load up before crashing in NTDLL. I'm also using XP. Mac.
UniKorn
In Windows XP you can set in which mode the program must run. Try to let it run in win98 mode. "Just a guess", works fine on my win2000 at work, don't know about xp at home yet, I'll see that tonight.
Mac Logo
Nope - setting compatibility mode doesn't help. Thanks anyway. Mac
MustaPekka
And I do not have other Radiants on computer installed currently. And as Mac said, every program program exluding the Assimilate.exe will crash on the start. Mac, do you have Radeon8500? Somehow I have feeling that in end it all is going into it. D.L.
Actually how do you change that system config in XP. I have a game (a newish one) that wont run in XP. The makers told me to **** off, so I'll see if that will work
Mac Logo
Mustapekka, I have a GeForce 3. D.L Right-clck on the program you wish to run, choose "properties" from the menu that pops up, then select the "compatibility" tab. I'm sure you can work it out from there. Good luck.
