I also tried to change in the control panel, same thing, it just use it as a Attack instead of Cycle.

I know it has probley been asked befor, but to many post to look through, so im hoping anyone can help me out.

Logitech - MouseWare 9.1 is the mouse i got, if it helps.

Had the same problem, de-installed MouseWare and it worked.

Currently on a fresh install, I install MW 9.x, setup the buttons like I want to, then de-install MW 9.x.

Also gives me problems in Quake 1-3 and other games with the third mouse button.

Good luck

How about Mouse 4? The Cordless mouse man, (and a few others out there...), have the thumb button. You can assign it functions within the Logitech Mouseware program, but it doesn't seem to want to function as anything else in JK. Without the Mouseware, it doesn't function at all in JK. Any fixes you've found?

The intellimouse has an odd system, I assume logitech is copying it as usual.

If you assign the bitton a key, forinstance my explorer has 2 thumb buttons and I assugned them page up and page down respectively, I simply have to assign a function to pagedown or page up for it to work. If I leave them at the default, then I have to use mouse4 and mouse5.

Yeah, I figured I could assign a key function to the button in Windows and then assign JK function to the key which would...blah..blah... I was kinda hoping for actual button functionality so I needn't futs with my Win mouse settings before going into JK. No such luck, eh? Silly Logitech...
