Need a little help with these things

Ok I'm make a little map and I need to know these things

 

1 - Can I make water with electrics in it? Like when you give the wrong password in Nar SP?

 

2 - How do I make doors and elevators

 

3 - Can I make a plate on the floor (like this - put your hands together and slowly pull away) open up with you hit a switch? (I want this to open up and drop people into traps)

 

4 - When you drop, you fall and die. Do I just make the bottom floor all the way at the bottom? or can i just have them die when they hit a certain point?

 

5 - and switches in general
