Please Tel Me How To Jump On The Moving Things In The First Mine Level!!! Please!

please tell me how to jump onto the crate things that are moving out of the room where it used to be red. I destroyed the things so the room doesn't go red anymore, but for some reason it wont let me jump on top of the moving thing. please tell me where to stand and when to jump, and on what part of it!

There are metal beams that arch over the top of the hauler. Climb on top of those and wait until one is below you. Then just fall onto it.
