jets_fan94
Reinstall the game? Recently recieved a virus and after I fixed it I learned that it had corrupted my copy of Jedi Knight. When I tried to install it again, it loaded the installshield wizard then instead of installing a warning box popped up saying "Warning Confirm File Deletion". If I press cancel the installation stops, and if I press a second window pops up saying "Maintenance on Jedi Knight: Outcast Complete". After I press finish the installation stops. Whenever I try to install the game this happens even after I had supposedly deleted the components that had been corrupted.

CupO'Coffee
uhm... maybe try to go into the registry and delete all entries named "jedi outcast" or "raven" "or jedi knight 2" or something like that. i had similar problems with baldurs gate 2, and cleaning the reg was the best i could do, and it worked so give it a shot
Ike Vandergraaf
Maybe try installing it to a different directory?
jets_fan94
I tried deleting all the files with jedi knight in it and going to add/remove programs and uninstalling it there, but whenever I try when I check again its still there. Also I don't think its the directory because it never gives me a chance to select a new one it just goes directly to the "delete all files and components" message. netskimmer
I had a similar problem, first make sure your folder options allow you to see hidden files and folders then go to program files and find a folder called InstallationShield Installation Information. In that folder there should be one or more folders with long strings of letters and numbers for names, I think that the JO folder is 8681B1E6..... but I'm not sure, once you have found the right one delet it, then open regedit and serch for "jedi", delete all the key enteries to JO and restart. If that doesn't work call lucasarts tech support.
