Razorclaw212
Has anyone figured out how much trouble it would be to convert Quake 3 models for use in JK2? I was just looking and saw that there are a plenty of them.
Autero
You'd have to strip all the animations out of the Q3 model and attach the JO bones to it. I think it would be easier to start from scratch.

Octavius
converting a quake3 model is extremely easy -- except for one thing... Unless you created the quake3 model, I would question your reason for converting it. It is someone elses work, and they might not like it being converted by someone else other than themselves... So do research, and ask them first. I have converted md3 files many times, just to see if I can get the _humanoid bones/animations to work. Stripping the existing animations is easy with a program like Milkshape3d. But adding the new animations, is something altogether. I am still trying to get a usable bone structure =(
Razorclaw212
my main reason for asking is that I'm a huge Transformers fan and there are tons of TF models for Q3.... I would have only used them for my use anyway but that is besides the point...
