Force Push...How do you use it?

I just got Force Push a few minutes after talking to Luke Skywalker. I can't seem to do anything with it.........How do I rotate the tiles or whatever?

Try pushing the tiles on the floor - The wall ones don't move.

 

In general if the crosshairs are blue you can use the force on that item.

Um... the ones on the wall certainly do move. They tell you what symbol should be centered on the floor tiles. You just need to get it in your sights and activate force push. Also, make sure you are close enough, as it does have a limited range.
