Website for Learning Advance Bindings

Can someone direct me to a website for learning advanced bindings. I used to be able to do toggles and cycle binds pretty easy in the original quake, but I am just not understanding this set stuff or If someone could explain here it would be much appreciated and would help a lot of others. Please I am not talking about simple binds such as bind x "+attack" or

bind x "+attack ; wait ; +jump"

I am talking about toggling a key or cycling through a set of commands with one key.
