training......water and gate

ok so I get the water flowing but the bridge stays submerged and the gate at the end with the bars stays closed . how do i continue please

Get off the bridge and the bars will go up.

First get off of the bridge (as metioned above), then turn on Force Speed and race across the bridge. At the last moment, Force Jump onto the platform, and duck under the grate.
