WinXP + Voodoo 5 = ERROR

Last night, I finally bit the bullet and upped my Win98 to WinXP. Re-formatted the drive and started from scratch. Re-installed Jedi Outcast, and it won't even start. I get the startup splash screen, click on either Single Player or Multiplayer and all that happens is a little critical error window that says "Error". That's it. No other information.

 

I installed the WickedGL fix like I did with 98 and same thing happens. The game ran fine under 98. Now, I'm wondering if my other games are going to have this problem. (haven't re-installed them all yet. Unreal Tournament works though If anyone knows what going on, and has a fix for me, I'd appreciate it.
