Jedi Name???

Alright, how do you know what the hell your Jedi Knight name is? I mean people have told me left and right different equations involving your first name, last three letters of your last name and so on......well here is where you help me. Tell me the correct equation to find out your Jedi name? I would like to know more than one in case one name sounds gay. And dont make one up from the top of your head while your reading this. So help a Jedi out, would ya? Thanks

i know for sure that there's some thread around where you can see what your gungan name would be like... but since the search option is disabled and i ain't got time for searching i can't give you a link right now (will edit this post when i find him)
