Skin Request

Can someone plz....make this skin for me I tried doing it by myself but she came out retarted looking, I am not good at skinning.... Well if anyone can help and make this skin for me this is how I want it to look

use the Tavion Character but edit it to have.......

 

1) Red Hair

2) Black cloths

3) On back of the shirt write Let me live in red and if u can, a picture of a flame. (if u cant well then don't)

4) make the shirt short (like alittle over her belly button)

5) on her arms put black bands

6) around her wrist's put Black spike bracelets

7) A Black Spike choker around her neck(if u can't make spikes then make it black)

8) and Black boots

9) Name the Character WitchBlare
