HELP!! BSOD upon loading Single Player

Athlon T-Bird 1.2 G

Geforce 2 GTS Pro 32M

Det drivers v 27.42

256M memory

SBLive! Plat 5.1

 

When I try to start the game, it begins to load. I get the load bar to about 95% then I get BSOD and vxd errors.

 

I updated my video drivers with no luck.

 

Any suggestions on where to go from here. I downloaded NVMAX and disabled fast writes and side band addressing...no luck.
