Default.cfg, Can't uninstall

I installed the game, didn't work said I didn't have default.cfg.

So I updated my drives, downloaded new DirectX.

 

So i tried to uninstall but it doesnt work, ti says it did it, but it didnt

so i deleted the folders/files and cleared it from the registry and still nothing

 

when the cd autoruns it gives me the option to install, so i click it but it just attempts to uninstall, and yet its still on my computer. blah!

 

any help?
