(scroll down to last post)I made a cool map and I'd like to upload it so you can play it. But I can't put it into a pk3 file! It's a cool map, it really is! Not much to it though. But I think it's cool! You need to play it! But I need step by step instructions on how to make the pk3 file. Help! Thanks in advance. Please answer if you know the answer!

Wait a minute..... just got back from vacation, tried to download something from the link above, and found out I couldn't! Says I need to sign up. I don't really want to so is there any other place I can get this stuff? Please, I need this stuff to make my map playable. Thanks in advance!

I assume you are talking about the fileplanet signup?...

 

If so its quick and easy, and free. Just dont click the 3 or so servers at the top, you want the normal ones, not the personal dedicated ones.

screw dling from there its a pain in the ass....thats a link to an html page....there are tutorials there that will help you.

Just download Winzip from winzip.com. It'll compress the file into what you need.
