need Stormtrooper shoulder thing in multiplay

I searched all the files in assets0.pk3 but I still dont know how to

activate that coloured shoulder thing

I really want to know how I can use it in Multiplay

I know it is possible cause I found the textures for those things

there are 3 of them a red one ( for the red team I think ) , a blue one ( blue team ) and a orange one for the single player version

but I cant use them in multiplay

is it even possible ?
