Scarlet Widow Posted April 29, 2002 Share Posted April 29, 2002 i've never worked with Radiant before but i'd be really surprised if things were suppose to be like this...none of my entities will display their models, they're just bright orange cubes in wireframe. mapmaker Posted April 29, 2002 Share Posted April 29, 2002 You have to look for an option under the 'View' menu called 'Entities as'. From the 'View entities as' menu you can change it so that you see a wireframed, or skinned version of the model. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Darth Valinor Posted April 30, 2002 Share Posted April 30, 2002 I think you have to have the .md3 files extracted from the .pk3 file in order for radiant to load the model. I noticed that when I placed a model that came with the tools, it was just an .md3 file by itself, it did show the model in the editor, but when i place other stuff, it is just a colored box. Try extracting the models/map_objects directory from assests0.pk3 and then see if Radiant will show the models. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
