I have problems (w/JK2Radiant)

I'm having a problem w/JK2Radiant.

I can't seem to make a player start spot entity.

To my understanding, all I should have to do is right click on the X/Y view on the location where I want to put the start spot entity and select the Info tab and then select "Info Player Start". But I can find no "Info" tab or anything similiar.

What am I doing wrong? I'm confused. Or am I just stupid?
