How do I get light?

How do I get light in my level?

 

I right-click in the wire-frame window and click light, and then I get the red circle with the dot in the middle (the light enitity I guess....) but when I play my map.......no light.

 

Does anybody have any *detailed* instructions on how to get light?

you might wanna check your other views and make sure your light entity is actually in the room.

you can also do with no lights just to test.... when you bsp the map chose fullvis(no light)...and youll have all the light you could ask for..Y
