nova_wolf
Well, unlike most games, it appears that the most fun we will have from JK2 is the sp (which is not bad - its GOOOD - I've completed Jedi level within a week of owning it and still want more) Now, with all the SDK and stuff released (I have NO idea - Im no modder, just a thinker) many people are looking into modding, and think that with the sknning going on, and the excellent sp map you may know - 'The Ladder', that a set of missions with the New Jedi Order would be good. I am not talking about the actual Yhuzhan Vong incrsion, but just having missions where you and the new Jedi go out on missions. Prehaps it could be to JK2 what MOTS was to JK1. Reborn that got away could well reteam up with tavion, whos renewed anger due to the death of her master, will send her on a more bletent Jedi purge of old, culminating in a big multiple NPC battle at the end in the Valley of the Jedi, with you and some of the new Jedi versus Tavion and her remaining Reborn champions. You could have Kyle, Luke, Mara, Leia, Jacen, Jaina (whose names are actually mentioned IN the JK2 code from what I have heard) and more. What I am really after is more of the same like the battles in the Yavin Praxeum. Team combat in sp, as sp saber combat is superior to mp (well, where bots are concerned. I have no net connection, so playing online is beyond me) Can you see it - four new Jedi versus six Reborn - WHAT A FIGHT! But the Jedi must be able to die of course. If they always survive, wouldn't be realistic. Some would be expendable, others stay for the storyline... Can you see the beauty of what I suggest ? Addition : Have no main known character. If people get VERY good, prehaps it could be possible to select your character scratch. Apart from a few set force powers NEEDED for the levels, you could allow choice of model/skin, stances, saber skill, saber colour, force powers and voice even !
