osirusman Posted April 30, 2002 Posted April 30, 2002 I dunno about the US version, but on the back of the CD case of the Asia Pacific version it says: The legacy of Star Wars Dark Forces and Star Wars Jedi Knight lives on in the intense first-person action of Star Wars Jedi Knight II: Jedicast. What the hell is a jedicast? mmm someone tell me that its just my cd case...
epicurus Posted April 30, 2002 Posted April 30, 2002 Yeah, that's just a typo. I have Mechwarrior 4 (published by Microsoft, ooo ahh) and on the side of the jewel case it says Mechwarrior 4: Vengance (instead of Vengeance). So yeah, big companies make typos they’re unaware of because I imagine it happens very rarely.
UniKorn Posted April 30, 2002 Posted April 30, 2002 Or because most people, including myself, just open it, get the cd out, install and start to play
zeek2304 Posted April 30, 2002 Posted April 30, 2002 I'm with unikorn . . .who actually DOES take time to read the box, instructions, and god damn . . . who reads the case?
Twinstar02 Posted May 1, 2002 Posted May 1, 2002 Maybe because its one of those $3 "Asian Pacific" versions sold by street vendors? -ts02
datavsyoda Posted May 1, 2002 Posted May 1, 2002 us version(at least mine) it has it as jedi outcast on that part
L2.0 Posted May 1, 2002 Posted May 1, 2002 the boxed version (w/ DF & DFII:JK packed-in) also says Jedi Outcast. (US)
Landflyer Posted May 1, 2002 Posted May 1, 2002 Mine says Jedicast too....I think all the Asia Pacific ones have that typo
FunClown Posted May 1, 2002 Posted May 1, 2002 Mine says jedicast as well. Never noticed it. I read the case or whatever when the game is loading and stuff.
