Optimal Framerate

Does anyone know what the optimal framerate would be for duels and ffa maps?

 

I know that r_speed vrts should be between 4,000(low end) & 10,000(high end).

 

So what about cg_drawfps?

Threre is no optimal framerate, only optimal r_speeds. Framerate will depend entirely on the comptuer running the game. So only worry about r_speeds.
