Ever heard of auto run on the CD? thats the only other way i can tell you to get that thing to pop-up if you don't have it in your programs in start menu. I love it on servers when someone asks a question about a control or stance or something and you know he's got a warez version because anyone who bought the game would have read the manual, or should have. When someone asks an obvious thing on a server, I go, did you buy the game? They lie and say, oh yah. And I go, well read the manual it's in there.
