Staunch
I have an Optus@Home connection (cable) in Australia and a firewall, in multiplayer I create a game and nobody can join. Is there a way around this?

Gidcon
Well theres a few diff possible ways that I can think of. I have a LynkSys Router. You need to find out a few things: What Ports are needed for: The game to broadcast to gamespy that it is currently online. The actual port for gameplay Unless you are running a private game where you will give the players the ip you might be able to run the game with just the port open that the game needs wich is 28070(this port being open is essential) here is a link to gamespy's suggested ports that should be open for gameing List of Gamespy Ports and other stuff The other way to do it is to make you the DMZ on your Firewall which will open up all ports but also make you vulnerable to outside hackers and the like. Hope this helps Blade - Runner
