Ok, this might be a silly question, but if i import an md3 model into my map, how do i make it solid, i've tried making just a really simple map and importing some of the ligt fixture models from the game and when i play the map i can walk straight through them...i've tried clicking the make solid option and it doesn't seem to do anything....is there a way to fix this or is it just a cas eof putting brushes round the models with noclip set?

if you were using a good editor which this version is not...make solid would work....but......

since this is not a good version....

i will tell you how to get around this....

go into textures and select system.... create a new brush and click on physics clip i think it is.....

anyways....make your brush barely go around what you want solid.....you can use multiple small brushes to get the detail around your object instead of having players walk into a big invisble box...hope this helps...Y
