Questions about the numbers in command lines

I`m a JK II player from Brazil and i have some questions, can some help me?

 

My questions is about command lines. Is there a full help about command line, wich explains what the numbers after the command alter the command. For example:

when i type g_saberRealisticCombat ( without number ), returns a msg " The g_saberRealisticCombat now is "1" the default is "0"

 

I want to know, is there a guide or anything explaining these numbers and all commands possible in the game?

 

Another question, is there a way to record the SP game, like in MP ( i want to make a little film whem i fight against the ReBorns )
