Where are Raven's 3 released generic skins?

Raven release 3 skins that are "generic" (I assume greyscale) starting points for skinner. I can't seem to find the link to those skins. Can anyone help out? I think it was a separate download from their SDK, but I don't see it on any fo the sites...

 

They do not seem to be in the files section on jediknightii either.
