I got same prob and same specs as u except im running a 1.4 thunderbird

 

still win2k thou is the issue

 

This may hel pyou, cause it seems to work for me..when you play the game, have you come out of hibernation or have you booted cleanly? I have to boot cleanly, otherwise the game crashes
