Wedge Tailed Eagles Australasian Net Gaming Association

 

The Wedge Tailed Eagles Australasian Net Gaming Association has been in existance for over five years now. Originally founded on the successful X-wing vs TIE Fighter game, it expanded to include the original Jedi Knight game.

 

Now, with the release of Jedi Knight II, the Order of Valhalla, our internal JK unit, has been recommissioned and recruits are once again being sought to fill the ranks. But joining the Order of Valhalla (effectively joining the WTE as a whole) will give you a far more in-depth gaming experience than most other clans can give you.

 

In the last twelve months the association has undergone a major facelift that leaves it standing at the brink of a new era. Our association finally has its own server, its own database and now its own internal dynamic campaign. This campaign is not merely the collective results from matches played. It includes fleets, armies, strategies, finances and of course, the members. By taking part in the campaign, members can directly influence how their forces act during battles. Win a match and your side's fleets and armies will gain a bonus for a short time.

 

The Wedge Tailed Eagles has its own storyline, based around two warring human factions called the Terran Imperium and the Colonial Confederation. Upon joining the Wedge Tailed Eagles members are asked to join either side and take part in our internal battles.

 

But we don't just focus on internal battles. We also have a number of clans that we regularly battle with, not just in Jedi Knight. Our gaming association also supports a number of other games and not just Star Wars games. Currently, we support IL2 Sturmovik, Jedi Knight II, Counter Strike, Star Wars: Galactic Battleground, Age of Empires II and Empire Earth.
