Bender101
Hi there. Another newbie here. Just wondering if anyone can help. Ive been playing Quake III + Unreal Tournament for a while now, using the skin of Bender, from the very funny cartoon, Futurama. Now that Jedi Outcast is out, i want have a Bender skin for that, and i have question which maybe someone will be able to shed some light on. Is there any ( easy ) way of converting a Quake III / Unreal Tournament skin to a Jedi Knight II .pk3 skin ? I have read up on how to create/edit skins, and thought id have a go, starting with the head ( i dropped the idea of having the aerial on the head straight away ! ). As you can see from the link below, it looks pretty pants !!! http://www.dreamwater.net/bender/crapbenderjedioutcast.jpg If you look closely, you can just see benders face ( if you look closely ! ) Now, im crap at drawing, and im even crapper with things like PaintShopPro, Adobe PhotoShop etc, so even if i started the skins from stratch, they would still look pants. I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who perhaps was thinking of making a bender skin, and if so, if they could possibly email me with the pictures, so that i could then create the skin ? I know ive got more change finding a needle in a haystack, or even finding a girlfriend who doesnt mind you playing quality games now and again, but hey, if you dont ask, you dont know. For those interested in the Quake III / Unreal Tournament bender skins, you can find some screenshots that i took here : http://www.dreamwater.net/bender/unrealtournbender.jpg http://www.dreamwater.net/bender/Benderquake.jpg If you want to have the skins, you can still get them at: http://www.gotfuturama.com/Games/Addons/ They've also got skins for Half Life & Counter Strike. Nice If you are still reading this, thanks for taking the time in doing so. Thanks Bender 101:D
Bender101
Me again. Just noticed, when you click the link to the pics, it comes up with something like "not authorised" or something like that. Just press the "Go" button again on your browser, and the pic "should" then appear ? It does fgr me. Good luck
Lucko Mabri
You'd Need A Model. Not A Skin.

Cmdr. Antilles
I like using the Bender skin for EF. It's basically a straight conversion of the Q3 model. I love the taunt.
