Annoying skin problems

I downloaded a ton of skins today and installed them. I went onto a server and everyone who WAS NOT using a skin was coming up looking like Kyle!!!!!!!!!

 

Now I know if people are using a skin the game defaults to Kyle if you do not have it. However in this case I had all the skins. So at the very least I should have been able to see the game included characters.

 

Is there a particular skin/skins that causes this problem? If so please tell me so I can remove it/them.

 

Also I know some skins replace in game models. How can I identify those that do this so I can remove them too. I only want standalone skins that do not interfere with the built in skins.

 

I want to see the skins people are actually using!!!!!
