Hemi-Cuda Posted May 7, 2002 Share Posted May 7, 2002 lets face it. there are Gun users and Saber users, but generally few who can do both skillfully and equally. its been this way since JK what i suggest is that for the next patch, Raven include more server options. i think it would be much better if there were saber only servers or guns only servers (e.g. in a gun server, saber would be unavailable). in my opinion, this would prolly start to change people's mind on the guns too. compared to other FPS games, the guns in JK suck. but really thats only because the saber is there (which we all know is the greatest weapon in the history of FPS's). if it was gone on gun servers, then i think the guns could really shine if you think about it, it would fit the star wars universe better anyways. how many jedi's have you seen in movies or books use guns at all? even if they didn't strictly make it saber or guns (which i think would be best), it would still make sense to include server options to make it that way.
