DeepFish><>J
I am still doing a mesh for the Boba Fett.... here is a little update. those pants look way too boxy, i'll be adding a few more polys to create the actual wrinkles with the mesh, rather than painting them on a skin. it needs a lot of work, but i've been having a a lot of fun time sculping this guy so far. www.geocities.com/papageno007/bobafettperspective.jpg http://www.geocities.com/papageno007/bobafettfront.jpg P.S. stupid geocities wont let me link.... when your browser opens the links, just delete http:// part and hit enter, this should open up the pics. sorry about this. DeepFish><>J
here is a little update on my Bobba Fett version. It seems that it generates quite a little interest due to two factors, one is that another great model is being 90% complete, and second that mine is in pretty early stages to get excited about. but still, if you are interested check out the pics in the links... as always geocities doesnt let me link directly, so after u clicked the link, just delete http://HTTP:// part in your browser and reload it, that should open up the pics. http://www.geocities.com/papageno007/bobafront2.jpg http://www.geocities.com/papageno007/bobaperspective2.jpg *** Redid the whole helmet, made a visor out of the mesh, rather than just uplying it as a skin later, also remade those indentations in the helmet A LOT more accurate, than what they have been before... refined shoulder pads.... added hoses for flamethrower behind each arm.... finished the upper leg.... finally... its very heavy on polly count, so i will have to chop off some pollys later on... finished those side bags... pants are completely semetric, which i will most probably change later on by just moving some of the vertices.... so far, its 1800 pollys big... it should easily fit into a 3000 polly margin. I'd say with lower legs and a jetpack still left, as well as few refinements, model is 50% + done.... hopefully by that time, Raven will release the official SDK2, so i wont have to go through all that frustration as Sithlord and Bloodriot and others, are going through right now.... Kudos to them though, for hard work
