A.T. Hun Posted May 7, 2002 Share Posted May 7, 2002 The new patch removed cheat-protection from the timedemo command so you don't have to jump through hoops to check your system's fps. It works the same way Q3A always did. At the console: timedemo 1 demo jk2ffa After it's done, scroll up with PageUp to see your score. I noticed that the JKII timedemos are not as repeatable as the Q3A ones were. My scores were all within 2% of each other so it's not bad, but in Q3A generally after the first run all my timedemos would be within .1 fps of each other.
