Initially, I couldn't get my gravis gamepad pro to work (even though the setup was right), so I tried uninstalling and re-installing the game from scratch. To anyone who might have the same error I had, you'll have to delete your configuration files and saved games when you uninstall. I also deleted the game folder to REALLY start from scratch.
