MP Custom Names (I know, stupid question)

I see a lot of people on JK2 now a days that have fancy names with different colors and such. Can anyone tell me how to add colors to my name? Or do you have to be in like a clan or something.

The color is easy enough to add. You initiate a color code with the character ^

 

Once you type this character in, no character will appear, but you can type in a color code nonetheless. A color code affects all letters that come after it, and they are as follows:

^1 = Red

^2 = Green

^3 = Yellow

^4 = Blue

^5 = Cyan

^6 = Purple

^7 = White

^8 = Black

 

so if you wanted your alias to be

 

[GB]StormTrooper with a white Stormtrooper, but a red [GB], you would type your name as:

 

^1[GB]^7StormTrooper
